The Boulevard
Developed in partnership with global student accommodation institution, GSA, The Boulevard represents the first purpose-built student accommodation of its kind in Perth. The building is now operated by Yugo, an award-winning international student accommodation provider.
The Boulevard is designed to create a strong community feel through both its connected location and common facilities. With a range of facilities and shared spaces on offer, students are encouraged to explore their surroundings and interact with one another. The Boulevard is also set within a short walk of Perth’s cultural precinct, close to AGWA, WA Museum Boola Bardip, cafés, restaurants and much more.
