The Switch receives 5-Star Green Star As-Built Certification.

Erben begins.

2022

Launch of a new generation of projects led by Windfall Residences, Florin Parkside and Cirque Duet.

2021

Completion of the highly commended Treehouse Apartments.

Completion of The Switch 555 Wellington Street – WA’s tallest residential and co-living tower.

Luke Reinecke sells his ownership of The Switch.

Completion of 26 on Charles – a high-quality mixed-use development.

Delivery of WA’s first off-campus, purpose-built student accommodation building (The Boulevard) in partnership with GSA.

Completion of award-winning Marina Apartments Mindarie, which sell out in record time.

Completion of a large-scale medium density housing project in partnership with ABN Group.

First commercial office acquisition in Perth CBD.

2011

Luke returns to Stirling Capital, which then acquires Australian Financial Services Licence 322592.

2007 – 10

Luke relocates to the UK to deliver a portfolio of on- and off-campus purpose-built student accommodation from inception to over 3,500 beds across the UK.

2006

Complete a range of office, industrial and multi-residential projects in Perth.

Completion of a luxury apartment development in Cottesloe WA.

2005
